Directed 5 associates, responsible for sales, contract negotiations, accounts, training, customer service, billing, receiving, purchasing, inventory, profit and loss, accounts receivables, merchandising.
• Within 6 months, researched competitor offerings & interviewed customers, analyzed data to drive business plan revisions, adjusted product mix, and merchandised entire store, resulting in recognition as the industry leader, providing best-in-class solutions & customer services.
• Produced 47% sales increase over a 6 month period, by significantly adjusting product mix and message to attract customers to buy frequently and call us first.
